
How To Make Chocolate Crackle Cookies
Chocolate crackle cookies, or crinkles, are thick and soft-baked dessert that is so rich, fudgy, and extra chocolatey with a powdered sugar coating.

- 1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
- â…”cupbutter
- 1egg
- 1½cupsall purpose flour
- 2tspbaking soda
- ÂĽcuplight corn syrup
- ÂĽtspsalt
- ½cupwhite sugar
- 1tspground cinnamon
Instructions

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove from heat.

Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add egg and syrup, mix well. Stir in melted chocolate. Add all dry ingredients and mix well.

Roll dough into 1½-inch balls and roll in sugar.

Place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes. Let cool briefly before removing it from the pan.
