
How To Make Butterscotch Chip Cookies
These butterscotch chip cookies are chewy buttery cookies that come loaded with a combination of milk chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.

Ingredients
- 1cupunsalted butter,softened
- ½cupsugar
- ½cupbrown sugar
- 2large eggs
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 2½cupflour
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- 1cupbutterscotch chips
- 1cupmilk chocolate chips
Instructions

Add the butter, sugar and brown sugar to a stand mixer on medium speed with the paddle attachment and cream for about 1 to 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined then sift together the flour, baking soda and salt and add it to the stand mixer until just combined.

Add in the butterscotch and milk chocolate chips until just combined then refrigerate batter for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and using a tablespoon-sized scoop, scoop the dough onto cookie sheets and bake for 8 to 9 minutes.
