How To Make Kellogg’s® Chocolate Scotcheroos

Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter until melted and well combined.

Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the peanut butter mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies mixture in the baking dish.

Allow the Scotcheroos to cool and set before cutting into squares.
