How To Make Crispy Chocolate Fridge Cake

Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 50g mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and golden syrup together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water until smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the crushed digestive biscuits and mini marshmallows until well coated.

  3. Press the mixture into a lined square baking tin and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  4. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares.

  5. Enjoy this crispy chocolate fridge cake!
