  • 200g chocolate, melted
  • 100g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 50g mini marshmallows
  • 50g toasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 50g dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, crushed biscuits, marshmallows, almonds, and cranberries.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated in chocolate.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish or loaf tin.

  4. Spread it evenly and press it down firmly.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.

  6. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into slices.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
