Ingredients

  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of crushed meringue cookies
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened chestnut puree
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Chestnuts, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly in the dish.

  2. Sprinkle the crushed meringue cookies over the ice cream layer.

  3. Spoon the sweetened chestnut puree on top of the meringue layer.

  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  5. Remove from the freezer and cut into squares.

  6. Serve the Mont Blanc ice cream squares with whipped cream and garnish with chestnuts.
