How To Make Baked Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Arrange peach slices on top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.

Before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cheesecake. Slice and enjoy!
