How To Make Baked Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Arrange peach slices on top.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.

  7. Before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cheesecake. Slice and enjoy!
