
How To Make Peanut Butter Oreo Icebox Cake
This icebox cake is loaded with creamy peanut butter and crunchy Oreo for a delightful dessert treat! Prep a sweet serving of this in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- oreo cookies,2 packages
- 2cupsmilk
- chocolate syrup,to drizzle
For Peanut Butter Cream:
- 1cupcreamy peanut butter
- 8ozcream cheese,1 package, softened
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- ¼cupmilk
- 8ozcool whip,1 package, thawed
Instructions
Peanut Butter Cream:

With an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese, milk, and peanut butter

Add the powdered sugar, and mix until blended. Beat until smooth

Add the cool whip, then mix on low just until mixed
Icebox Cake:

Pour the milk into a bowl.

Dip the Oreo cookies into the milk for about 2 to 3 seconds on each side.

Line the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan with the milk-soaked Oreos.

Top with ½ of the peanut butter cream.

Repeat one more layer of cookies and peanut butter cream.

Cover with plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve with a drizzle with chocolate syrup and a glass of milk, and enjoy!
