  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Place in greased 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (or when toothpick inserted in center is clean).
