How To Make White Chocolate Blondies Recipe (Applebee’s Copycat)
Inspired by Applebee’s dessert, these white chocolate brownies are moist, topped with rich ice cream, and drizzled with maple sauce.

Ingredients
- ⅓cupbutter,melted
- 1cupbrown sugar,packed
- 1egg beaten
- 1tbspvanilla extract
- 1cupall purpose flour
- ½tspbaking powder
- ⅛tspbaking soda
- ⅛tspsalt
- ½cupwhite chocolate chips
- ½cupwalnuts,or pecans, chopped
For Maple Cream Sauce:
- ½cupmaple syrup
- ¼cupbutter
- ½cupbrown sugar
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- walnuts,chopped, for garnish, optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8-inch pan and set aside.

In a medium sized bowl add melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix well. Add egg and vanilla and mix.

Gradually add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

While the brownies are baking, make the maple cream sauce. In a medium saucepan combine syrup and butter. Cook over low heat until butter has melted. Stir in brown sugar. Add cream cheese and continue to heat until melted.

Cut warm blondies into squares and top with ice cream and warm maple cream sauce. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
