Readymade cake mix makes these gingerbread brownies very easy to make. Try them out if you want to mix up your holiday desserts this year.

  • 1boxBetty Crocker Gingerbread Cake Mix
  • cupevaporated milk
  • ½cupbutter,melted
  • powdered sugar,optional for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Combine the 3 ingredients and mix well.

  3. Spread the batter smoothly and evenly in the baking dish.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the brownies are firm.

  5. Let them cool for a few minutes and devour!
