How To Make Hibiscus Tea Recipe

A refreshing and floral tea made from dried hibiscus petals.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of dried hibiscus petals
  • 1/4 cup of honey or sugar (optional)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of dried hibiscus petals to the boiling water.

  3. Turn off the heat and let steep for 10 minutes.

  4. Strain the tea and add honey or sugar to taste (optional).

  5. Add lemon juice if desired.

  6. Serve hot or chilled over ice.
