- 10 tomatillos, husks removed
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut tomatillos, onion, and serrano pepper in half and place on a baking sheet with garlic cloves.

Roast in the oven for 10 minutes until lightly charred.

Add roasted vegetables, cilantro, salt, and water to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a condiment for tacos.
