How To Make Matcha Tiramisu
A Japanese twist on the classic Italian dessert, with layers of matcha-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone filling.

Ingredients
- 8 ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup strong brewed matcha tea
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Instructions

Dip the ladyfingers in the matcha tea and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of a 6-inch square or round dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and matcha powder until creamy and smooth.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Dust with additional matcha powder before serving, if desired.
