Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract over medium heat.

  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the matcha powder is evenly distributed.

  3. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

  4. Pour the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins or small glasses.

  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
