How To Make Matcha Panna Cotta Recipe
A decadent, silky-smooth dessert with a hint of green tea flavor from matcha powder.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract over medium heat.

Stir until the sugar dissolves and the matcha powder is evenly distributed.

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Pour the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins or small glasses.

Chill for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
