How To Make Taiyaki Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup red bean paste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Heat a taiyaki pan and brush with oil.

  5. Pour batter into the pan and add a spoonful of red bean paste in the center.

  6. Cover the red bean paste with more batter and cook until both sides are crispy and golden brown.

  7. Serve warm.
