How To Make Yuzu Sorbet

Refreshing and tangy sorbet made with Japanese yuzu citrus.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yuzu juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine yuzu juice, water, sugar, and lime juice.

  2. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Let cool.

  3. Pour mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Transfer mixture to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until sorbet is firm.
