- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup cashew nuts, crushed
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix the crushed cashew nuts, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the chicken drumsticks with the olive oil.

Coat the chicken drumsticks with the cashew nut mixture, pressing it firmly onto each drumstick.

Place the drumsticks on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the nuts are golden brown.

In a small saucepan, heat the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Brush the cooked drumsticks with the prepared sauce. Serve hot.
