How To Make Nutty Chicken Curry
This delicious chicken curry is infused with nutty flavors and aromatic spices, creating a rich and satisfying dish.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked in water
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for a minute.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine.

Drain the soaked cashews and grind them into a smooth paste using a blender.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.

Pour in the cashew paste and water. Season with salt and mix well.

Cover the pan and let the curry simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
