How To Make Broccoli, Chicken & Cashew Nut Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add broccoli florets and cashew nuts, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Pour the sauce over the chicken, broccoli, and cashew nuts, stirring well to coat.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
