Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

  4. Add broccoli florets and cashew nuts, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and oyster sauce.

  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken, broccoli, and cashew nuts, stirring well to coat.

  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
