- 2 cups cashew nuts
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together chilli powder, cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

Add cashew nuts to a separate bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the cashew nuts and toss until well coated.

Spread the spiced cashew nuts evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
