How To Make Instant Pot Korean BBQ Ribs Recipe
A sweet and savory Korean-inspired dish made with tender ribs cooked to perfection in the Instant Pot.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions

Cut the ribs into individual pieces and place them in the Instant Pot.

In a bowl, whisk together water, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, onion, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the ribs and stir well to coat.

Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to “sealing.”

Select the “pressure cook” setting and set the time to 35 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes before doing a quick release.

Remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and set them on a serving platter.

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.

Turn the Instant Pot to “saute” mode and add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce.

Cook for a few minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Pour the sauce over the ribs and serve hot.
