This is a delicious and flavorful fish recipe with a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze.

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or salmon)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sake or dry white wine
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, sake or white wine, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

In a separate bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to make a slurry.

Add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan and whisk until sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place fish fillets on a lined baking pan and brush generously with teriyaki sauce.

Bake fish for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.

Brush more teriyaki sauce on the fish halfway through cooking.

Once fish is cooked, sprinkle with green onions and serve hot.
