How To Make Asian Fish Tacos
Fusion of Mexican and Asian flavors, with crispy fish, tangy slaw and spicy aioli.

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup Asian slaw mix
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder.

Cut fish into small pieces and coat them in the flour mixture.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Add fish to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Warm tortillas in the oven.

In a bowl, mix Asian slaw mix, rice vinegar and soy sauce.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.

Assemble tacos by placing a piece of fish on each tortilla, topped with slaw mixture and a drizzle of spicy aioli.

Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
