Ingredients
- 1 lb of white fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp of ginger, minced
- 4 cups of fish or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro and lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions

In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add red bell pepper, mushrooms, and ginger, cook for about 5 minutes.

Pour in broth, soy sauce, chili flakes, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium, add in fish fillets, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

Serve hot with cilantro and lime wedges.
