A classic Caesar salad with crisp Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, tangy dressing, and shaved Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 cup of homemade croutons
- 1/2 cup of shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Toss bread cubes with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
