How To Make Steak And Shake Steakburger Recipe
A classic Steak and Shake steakburger with juicy beef patty, American cheese, and special sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tablespoons special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, vinegar)
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cover the grill/skillet for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in the toaster.

Spread 1 tablespoon of special sauce on each bun.

Add the cooked patty on top of the sauce.
