  • 8 cannoli shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the ricotta cheese until smooth.

  2. Add in the powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spoon the filling into each cannoli shell, filling up both ends.

  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
