How To Make Pasta House Italian Wedding Soup Recipe
A hearty soup loaded with meatballs, vegetables, and pasta, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup small shaped pasta
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove meatballs from pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Add meatballs back to the pot along with baby spinach. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until spinach is wilted and meatballs are heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
