How To Make Pasta House Shrimp Scampi Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguine
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices and extra parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to the package directions.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and red pepper flakes and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the skillet.

Reduce the sauce until it thickens.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
