How To Make Pasta House Antipasto Salad Recipe

A refreshing, colorful and tasty salad loaded with Italian meats, cheeses, olives, and veggies.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fusilli pasta
  • 4 oz. salami, sliced
  • 4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
  • 4 oz. provolone cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the Italian dressing.

  3. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the top of the salad and toss gently to combine.

  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

  5. Enjoy!
