Delicious pizza topped with spicy buffalo chicken and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and place pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine buffalo sauce and marinara sauce and mix well.

  3. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough.

  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  5. Add the cooked chicken and red onion slices on top of the cheese.

  6. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

  7. Once cooked through, remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.

  8. Slice and serve hot.
