How To Make Old Spaghetti Factory Lasagna Recipe
A classic Italian lasagna recipe made with layers of pasta, meat sauce, and a creamy cheese mixture.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg.

In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.

Top with a layer of cooked lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture and a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of meat sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
