Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions

In a large pot, sauté chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add heavy cream and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter to form a dough.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the simmering chicken mixture. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
