Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.

Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat it completely, and return them to the parchment-lined sheet.

Sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top of each truffle.
