How To Make Mimi’s Cafe Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Delicious and flavorful shrimp scampi served with linguine pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add in garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add in shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in white wine and lemon juice, bring to a boil and let it reduce for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss in cooked pasta and mix until well combined.

Serve hot with freshly chopped parsley as garnish.
