  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Remove pie crust from freezer and let it sit at room temperature while you prepare the filling.

  3. Thaw spinach and squeeze out all excess moisture.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, black pepper, salt, and nutmeg.

  5. Add spinach and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

  6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth out the top.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.

  8. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
