A delicious take on the classic In-N-Out animal style burger, wrapped in a warm tortilla shell for easy eating.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, and sugar to make the burger sauce.

  3. Lay out tortillas and spread burger sauce in the center of each one.

  4. Divide cooked ground beef among the tortillas.

  5. Top each tortilla with a slice of cheese, followed by chopped pickles and diced onions.

  6. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold in the sides, and roll it up to create a wrap.

  7. Heat skillet over medium heat and place wraps, seam-side down, on the skillet. Cook until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
