  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush both sides of the shrimp with the spice mixture.

  4. Grill shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
