How To Make Kings Hawaiian Malasadas Recipe
Fluffy and sweet, these King’s Hawaiian malasadas are the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls Mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast, King’s Hawaiian mix, and salt.

Add warm milk, egg yolks, and butter. Mix until dough is smooth and elastic.

Cover bowl with a damp towel and let dough rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.

On a floured surface, roll dough into 2-inch balls. Cover with damp towel and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry dough balls until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from oil and let cool on paper towels.
