This delicious Hawaiian dish is packed with flavor! It features tender, juicy chicken, marinated in a sweet pineapple sauce and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 Kings Hawaiian buns
- Pineapple slices and lettuce for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.

Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade and set aside.

Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard the used marinade.

Brush each chicken breast with vegetable oil and place on the grill.

Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

In a small saucepan, heat the reserved marinade over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it thickens.

Serve chicken on Kings Hawaiian buns topped with the thickened marinade, pineapple slices, and lettuce.
