- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Lone Star cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large pot, bring diced potatoes and minced garlic to a boil. Cook until potatoes are fork-tender (about 10-15 minutes).

Drain potatoes and garlic. Add butter, milk, and shredded Lone Star cheddar cheese to the pot and stir until melted.
