How To Make Liam’s BBQ Ribs
Fall-off-the-bone tender BBQ Ribs for a finger-licking dinner feast!

Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions

Preheat the grill to 250°F.

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and black pepper. Rub over both sides of the ribs.

Place the ribs bone side down on the grill. Cook for 2 hours.

Mix apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Brush mixture over the ribs every 30 minutes.

Brush BBQ sauce over the ribs once the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cook for 10 more minutes.

Remove from grill, let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
