How To Make Venison Ribs Recipe
Succulent venison ribs cooked to perfection with a homemade BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs venison ribs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.

Rub the spice mixture all over the venison ribs.

Place the ribs in a large roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.

Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours.

While the ribs are baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by whisking together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and yellow mustard in a medium bowl.

After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and drain off any excess fat.

Spread the BBQ sauce over the ribs and return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
