How To Make Liam’s Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 sesame seed buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

  4. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

  5. Toast buns on grill for 1-2 minutes.

  6. Assemble burgers with desired toppings.
