Ingredients

  • 2 lbs country-style ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.

  3. Rub the dry rub mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1 hour, flipping halfway through.

  5. Brush the BBQ sauce onto the ribs and cook for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the BBQ country-style ribs with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
