How To Make Kings Hawaiian Coconut Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs, shredded coconut and Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread Crumbs.

In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.

In a third bowl, whisk the eggs.

Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat in the coconut mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 375°F.

Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
