Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • Coleslaw
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Season pork shoulder with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker with chicken broth. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  3. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred. Mix in BBQ sauce.

  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  5. Cut Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and spread butter on each half. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

  6. Assemble sliders with pulled pork and coleslaw on the rolls.
