- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and diced
- 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the diced pineapple, sliced chili peppers, brown sugar, white vinegar, ground ginger, ground cumin, and salt.
