  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Kings Hawaiian rolls (for serving)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch.

  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, basting with the juices every 10 minutes.

  6. Serve hot on Kings Hawaiian rolls.
